Who We Are
Opportunity 4 Entertainers & Performing Arts was founded in July of 2010 by a group of volunteers eager to assist the youth in the
community as well as individuals looking to pursue a career in the performing arts industry. As proud members of various arts and nonprofit organizations such as the Mobile Chamber, Alabama State
Council on the Arts, Mobile Arts Council, Alabama Association of Nonprofits and recipients of the 2022 Grind Awards for Non-Profit of the Year, we continue to be at the forefront of community
engagement. Through initiatives like our 'Opportunities Day School Tour,' ‘Opportunities Day Grand Finale,’ 'MOB Music Festival,' 'Broadcast University,' and the 'Alabama Hip Hop Week Community
Tour,' we connect with individuals of all ages, bringing cultures together and building stronger, more vibrant communities. Our journey is ongoing, and we actively seek community resource partners,
sponsors, and organizations interested in collaborating to shape a brighter future for our communities

Additionally, we're dedicated to helping to grow a healthy workforce pipeline, ensuring that our youth are not only prepared for a
successful future in our city but also equipped with essential life skills. We believe that creativity is a cornerstone of personal and community growth. By providing opportunities for public
speaking, communication streaming, ACT training, and financial literacy, our goal is to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
